Steve Jones, Managing Director

Steve is Managing Director of CallCorp, responsible for all P&L activities.  He has 28+ years of experience in technology companies, from large public companies to boot-strapped startups.  His background includes successful roles in communications companies including Mosaix, acquired by Lucent/Avaya; Alianza’s GetFon group, acquired by Alestra/AT&T, and CEO of Solera Networks and ATN.  He most recently was Corporate Vice President of M&A at Corum Group, a boutique investment firm.  

He winds down with family, coaching, and cooking.

David Peterson, Chief Architect

25-years development experience in the call center industry. Co-founder of MyACD and NICE inContact and worked as NICE inContact Chief Architect for 13 years prior to co-founding CallCorp.

Specialties: Systems architecture, design, and development; telephony systems, Voice-over-IP, distributed systems, high availability.

Hobbies include development of 3D computer simulations, including flight and automobile simulation, and recently dabbling in the new virtual reality technology. Also enjoys raising his 5 year-old daughter with his wife, Isabel.

Shane Kelly, VP Engineering

14-years development experience in the call center industry.  Shane was a Sr. Architect and Distinguished Engineer at NICE inContact before joining CallCorp. He oversees our engineering teams and infrastructure. 

Shane enjoys learning new technologies, experiencing new places and spending time with family and friends.

Kristina Herms, Director of Product

Kristina oversees product strategy and development, design, and research at CallCorp. She is passionate about creating products that make a difference for businesses and users alike.
Previously, Kristina was a Project Manager at ManpowerGroup, a workforce solutions company, holding various project, product and delivery roles. She was responsible for administration of the CCaaS software for a large team of recruiters working in office, onsite and remotely.

Kristina loves spending time exploring the outdoors and traveling with her husband, Dan.

Tracy Madsen, Director of Administration and Human Resources

Tracy serves as our Director of Administration and Human Resources. He is responsible for all administration, accounting and finance activities in the company. Over the past 30 years, he has served as a Chief Financial Officer in both public and private companies. Tracy received a B.A. in Finance from Boise State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Drew Judkins, Co-Founder & CTO

Drew is the co-founder and CTO of CallCorp. With 25 years of experience in the call centre industry, Drew has founded many successful companies, including the industry’s first contact center software for the cloud. They include MyACD (currently NICE inContact), ubeRNurse.care, AfterHours Triage, ScheduleQ, and Cumulus.

Drew’s specialities lie in ACD, IVR, workforce management, quality management, and everything contact center-related. 

Drew is a competitive cyclist and avid snowmobiler, and enjoys traveling with his wife, Cari.

Kevin Childs, Co-Founder & Advisor

Kevin has more than 25 years in creating visionary, disruptive technology, solutions and shaped best practices for the staffing and call centre industries.  He built several successful companies, including the industry’s first contact center software for the cloud. 

Kevin is a frequent industry speaker throughout North America, European Union and the Russian Federation. He co-authored the book Interpreting the Voice of the Customer, with Dr. Jon Anton, of Purdue University.

Kevin enjoys the outdoors, biking, traveling and family.
